 You do NOT need to be present during the Show to win!!!  There is NO LIMIT on how many prizes you can win, so if you’ve purchased more than one block and received multiple raffle tickets, and your name is drawn more than once, you will win whatever the prize is for that particular drawing, even if you’ve already won a prize!!!

The raffle will take place during Compute-Ability’s live end-of-year Holiday Tech Raffle show on Saturday, December 25, 2010, at 8:30 pm Eastern/5:30 pm Pacific (the “Show”).  To participate in the raffle, you must complete your PixelAds transaction before the Show begins (the “Deadline”).  During the Show, Compute-Ability will create the raffle ticket(s) for each PixelAds purchaser and drop them into a container, from which they will be drawn blindly at random for each prize.  Once a winning ticket is drawn, it will not be used again.  If you ARE present during the Show and you win a prize, you must send an email to contact@compute-ability.com stating your first and last name, mailing address and telephone number.  If you are NOT present during the Show and you win a prize, Compute-Ability will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email address you provided when you made your PixelAds purchase.  If, despite these efforts, Compute-Ability is unable to contact you within five (5) business days following the Show, then you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize, Compute-Ability will hold a second raffle from the remaining tickets that were not drawn during the Show, and the prize will be awarded to the winner of the second raffle.  After the Show, no additional prizes will be awarded (except in the event set forth in the previous sentence).  Compute-Ability assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered emails or mailed prizes, or failure to receive PixelAds purchase transactions prior to the Deadline.  All PixelAds purchases are final.  PixelAds purchased after the Deadline will NOT be included in the raffle.  If a PayPal or credit card transaction to purchase PixelAds is denied for any reason, the raffle ticket(s) will be null and void.  By participating in the raffle, you accept and agree (a) to be bound by these rules, (b) that your name and/or likeness may be disclosed during the Show and used thereafter for publicity purposes by Compute-Ability, (c) to release and forever discharge Compute-Ability, its officers or agents from all liability, damages, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever caused by any prize or resulting from your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.  Compute-Ability’s interpretation and application of these rules shall be final.
